Mr Tafadzwa is a Mining Lawyer by training and he focuses on regulation, compliance and legal due diligence in energy,mining and infrastructure development transactions. He looks after our mining portfolio, where he provides transaction advisory and handles commercial law related aspects of mining projects. Tafadzwa’s team combines best in class techncal
geological expertise with deep networks in African mining jurisdictions and global capital markets.
Prior to joining PJS Global, he has previously worked for a pan-African business and projects law firm headquartered in Ghana (AB & David Africa). He underwent training in Private Equity and Project Finance transactions by one of London’s Magic Circle global law firms, Allen & Overy LLP. His last stint in private practice was with a leading global law firm, DLA Piper where he was an Associate in Mining Projects at the Zimbabwe office.
Dr Rouviere has over 20 years of experience within the luxury. and finance sector with a particular focus on servicing of UHNW clients. She has developed a deep understanding of the management of clients’ wealth and lifestyle services. She
has managed a company’s strategic product and geographical expansion including the launch of a regulated institutions and membership with an international payment institution.
A full 360 overviews of UHNW client and industry trends within the luxury and financial sectors as well exceptional access and network investment and private equity. Board member at several international companies as well as external advisor to individuals and companies working with UHNW’s.
With her extensive knowledge and experience, her role as Fund Manager serves to ensure a thorough investment security.
Ms Leballo is a qualified Metallurgical Engineering technician with a Project Management qualification from the University of South Africa (School of Business Leadership).
Her work experience covers metallurgy, research and development, production and project management. She has worked for companies such as Scaw Metals Group, IMPlabs,
TNJ Projects solutions and Beryl Coal where she served as a technical specialist acquiring skills in geology and asset analysis and business strategy.
She is a former United Nations public speaker and has been awarded best research report by Scaw Metals Group R&D. Her role as a young energetic and detail-oriented metallurgy specialized skills will ensure accurate status reporting that covers the operations and business.
